BRMB respects your personal privacy and takes the security of your personal information very seriously. If we ask you to provide any personal information, we will inform you of the reason for needing it. Your personal information is not sold to any third parties.

Any information shared through these third-party social networking sites is outside of BRMB’s control and is not governed by this privacy policy.



BRMB may use certain third-party analytics and/or ad serving services. The providers of these services may independently collect, use, and disclose your IP address along with information about your visits to this and other websites that they service according to their own privacy policies (and not this privacy policy). These services may use their own cookies and other data collection technologies. They may use this information as permitted in their individual privacy policies, including for improving their own websites.

BRMB may also use targeted advertising service providers to tailor BRMB advertisements to the correct demographic. These advertisements may appear on BRMB’s website or social media sites, or on third party sites. If you have chosen to receive email news or offers, BRMB may use your email address for targeted advertising. If you make an order online, we only require the information needed to complete your processing and billing. We also share our users’ personal information with outside shipping companies and credit card processing companies in order to bill and ship your order, but we limit this only to the information necessary for these purposes. We may also use this information to contact you regarding your order.

Any personal information you provide to BRMB in connection with a product order is exchanged on a secure server. We use one of the most advanced security systems available, the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, to encrypt, or encode, information you send to us with your order. The encryption process scrambles your information, such as your credit card number and billing and shipping address, before it is sent from your computer. We only decode this information once it is safely within our possession, and we make all the necessary efforts to ensure its security in our own systems.



E-mail is not a secure means to send personal information, as it is not encrypted. We strongly encourage you to use our secure ordering process when ordering online.



BRMB newsletters are sent only to users who choose to subscribe to this service. Our subscriber database is never sold, rented or loaned to any third parties. Subscribers wishing to update their contact information or unsubscribe from our newsletter can use their online accounts or click on “unsubscribe” in any email they have recieved from us. From time to time, BRMB may send you updates and notices related to products you have purchased.

We collect aggregate information regarding open rates, page views, and generated sales from our HTML email newsletters. Aggregate information does not include anything that would identify you personally.

Some location-based services offered by BRMB such as the “Store Locator” and location-based Push Notifications require your personal information to function properly.



Push Notifications are sent only to users who have chosen to receive such notifications. Mobile application users who do not want to receive Push Notifications may disable Push Notifications within the Apple iOS settings, or disable specific notification topics from within this mobile application in the Account > Push Notification section.



BRMB may update this privacy policy in the future, in which case we will notify you of any changes by placing a prominent notice on our website. A history of those changes will be noted here as well.
