The trail circling the lake is slowly deteriorating but still offers access to fishing holes and informal routes to the nearby meadows and ridges. | 2007 |
| 17 | G2 | Weigles Road near Round Lake is virtually undrivable. Most people trying to access Boomerang Lake come via Branch 142 up Nanoose Creek. The gate for the 155 Main is only open to the public on weekendsand, but the road is good into Boomerang. | 2008 |

| 83 | We have the Skagit river flowing in the wrong direction. Most people put- in at Silvertip Park and enjoy an easy paddle to the take-out at Ross Lake. Some people put-in at the Sumallo confluence (Sumallo Grove Day Use Area) and take-out at the Silvertip Campground or continue on to the take-out at Ross Lake. It would be just as scenic the other way around, but it's all up hill. | 2008 | |
| 105 | The hike leads straight up the mountainside just east of the gondola and ends at the upper gondola station. The trail starts at a gate on the east side of the lower (pay) parking lot of Grouse Mtn. Resorts. It may be possible to find an alternative way across the creek at low water, but continuing along the route or up to the great lookout on Eagle Bluff is uncertain. The road into the trailhead is not to hard to find and the Lava Camp is a very nice location as it is perched high above the roaring Elaho and Lava Creek confluence. | 2007 |
