We now cover most of the popular rivers and have expanded the fishing techniques and even the lake list to make this a truly dynamic freshwater fishing guide.

What makes our Fishing Mapbook series so unique is the fact we combine those ever-popular depth charts or lake charts with detailed information on everything from access to facilities to fish stocking and techniques. This information can be used by everyone from the greenest angler to the most seasoned veteran. Add in the fact that we cover close to 200 lakes and streams with such detail you will quickly see why these guides remain the books of choice for locals and visitors alike.

This book stretches from Princeton in the west, past Cranbrook and into the Rocky Mountains in the East. Framed by the Trans-Canada Highway, between Revelstoke and Golden, in the north and the USA border in the south, this area is collectively known as Southeastern BC. Covering such a large area, there is no shortage of great fishing lakes and productive streams. In fact, some would argue that some of the best trout streams and cutthroat fishing can be found in this area. Add in the fact, that the mountain scenery can be stunning and there are a few places that you can still call you own on opening day and you will see why area anglers always walk with a smile.

There are bass, both smallmouth and largemouth, trout and char that include brook, bull, cutthroat, lake and rainbow trout, pacific salmon and much, much more. Some of these are stocked to provide a good fishery for families, while some are big and wild. No matter your preference, there is no shortage of lakes or streams waiting for you to tackle.
