1. What GPS units do Backroad GPS Maps work in?

At the moment, our maps only work in Garmin GPS Units. We are working on making it available for other GPS models out there, but that as with any other development will take sometime.

2. Do the Digital Edition maps work on GPS devices?

Our digital maps are not for use in GPS devices. You will need the Backroad GPS Maps that load directly onto Garmin GPS units if this is what your intention is.  However, you can load the KMZ version into select GPS units as a custom map. You can also use our maps and the GPS functions that come with Google Earth.  

3. Are the PDF version of your books printable?

No. Our PDF books are for digital use only. Meaning you can read it on your computer, tablets, ipads, iphones, smart phones, and so on. You can search the content, and zoom in and out. But you cannot print the pages. If you need a printed version, you can buy the printed book instead.

4. Does the SD card/GPS Maps work on a smart phones?

No. Our Digital Maps are compatible with GPS enabled smart phones (Android, iOS, Windows). Please check our "Digital Maps" page for more details.

5. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Interac Online, and Paypal.
